Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Hands & Hearts platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hands & Hearts provides a web-based platform for business owners, freelancers, and merchants to:

• List products, services, rentals, jobs, and places in a public marketplace.
• Manage their business presence via a dashboard.
• Connect with customers via Telegram, phone, and web.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not share your account or create fake accounts.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed via KHQR (Bakong) for Cambodian users.

Subscriptions are valid for the period purchased (1 year or 2 years). After expiry, access to paid features will be suspended until renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• List illegal, counterfeit, or fraudulent products or services.
• Post false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
• Use the platform for spam, harassment, or unsolicited advertising.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, descriptions, pricing). By uploading content, you grant Hands & Hearts a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content within the Service.

7. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. We may introduce a content review process for new listings at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hands & Hearts is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for losses arising from transactions, disputes, or inaccurate listings. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through competent courts in Cambodia.
