Hands & Hearts ("we", "us", or "our") operates a business management platform that allows merchants, freelancers, and service providers to list products, rentals, jobs, places, and skills. We are based in Cambodia and our platform is available at app.hands-and-hearts.com.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
- Google account data: if you sign in with Google ("Continue with Google"), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google to create and manage your account. We use this data only to operate the Service and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
- Business content: products, photos, descriptions, prices, and contact details you add to your store.
- Payment records: invoice identifiers and payment status (we do not store card numbers).
- Location data: approximate location if you enable location-based browsing.
- Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, and timestamps for service improvement.
- Telegram ID: if you authenticate via Telegram, your Telegram user ID is linked to your account.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and improve the platform and its features.
- To process subscription payments and issue invoices.
- To display your business listings in the public marketplace.
- To send transactional emails (password reset, verification codes).
- To communicate service updates or important account notices.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Firebase (Google): authentication (including Google Sign-In), database, and file storage.
- Bakong / KHQR: payment processing for Cambodian users.
- Google Maps Platform: to display place locations and maps.
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal or financial compliance.
6. Your Rights

7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Firebase security rules, and access controls. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

We use essential cookies and browser local storage for authentication and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
